Type S Thermocouple - 0-1400°C Ceramic Kiln Temperature Sensor

Type S Thermocouple is a temperature sensor with a 0-1400°C measurement range, used to measure high temperatures in ceramic kilns and transmit the temperature reading to a temperature controller. With different probe length options, it can be used in ceramic, porcelain, and high-temperature kilns.

Application Ceramic kilns, porcelain kilns, laboratory and industrial high-temperature applications

Use in Ceramic Kilns

The thermocouple detects the temperature inside the kiln and transmits the measurement signal to the connected digital temperature controller. It can be used to monitor the temperature of bisque and glaze firings in ceramic, porcelain, and tile production.

Size Options

1st Option 60+100 mm
2nd Option 60+150 mm
3rd Option 60+200 mm
4th Option 60+250 mm
5th Option 60+300 mm
6th Option 60+350 mm

Other Applications

In addition to ceramic production, it can be used in laboratory kilns, glass processing, metal heat treatment, refractory production, and industrial kiln systems requiring high-temperature measurement.

Installation and Connection

The thermocouple is used by connecting it to a digital temperature controller. If the connection terminals are reversed, the displayed temperature may decrease instead of increasing. In this case, the connection terminals should be checked and connected correctly.

Usage note: The product should be used with a digital temperature controller. Before ordering, the appropriate size option for the kiln should be selected, and installation and connection should be carried out under suitable technical conditions.
