Guillotine Cover system
Trolley system with electric movement on the rail, in and out of the oven.
Interior and exterior surfaces are completely electrostatic powder coated against decay (baked at 200ºC).
Oven floor level is at a suitable height from the ground for ease of operation.
Control panel on the oven and oven electrical connections are protected.
80mm ventilation gap on 4 surfaces (ensures easy heating and cooling of the oven, easy removal of gas and water vapor and long life of the metal parts)
With ventilation flap on top

Oven Thermal Insulation :

Insulation thickness: In order to be resistant to thermal shocks that will occur in the furnace when the guillotine door is opened at 600 ºC and to provide maximum heat insulation;
Furnace door and door opening 1650 ºC resistant Thermal Ceramics JM30 Brick
The remaining part of the kiln is Thermal Ceramics JM28 Brick with 1560 ºC resistance
Oven front surface 5mm stainless steel sheet for heat protection.
Paint : Electrostatic powder paint (baked at 200ºC).
Heating from 4 surfaces.
Resistance: KANTHAL A1 (1400ºC).
Cover: Hydraulic Cover.

Control RF800 Digital Programmer

It shows the date, time, program, step, set temperature, time to leave, current temperature and remaining time at the top of the screen.

Automatically activates itself in case of power cuts.
It gives a report of the last 8 burns at 2 minute intervals. You can see the whole burn.
5 programs and the ability to enter 15 sets in each program.
Automatic close - open feature on the top cover
Temperature measurement: K Type NiCr-Ni 25-1200ºC for RS Model, S Type Pt-Rd-Pt thermocouple for RSH Model with rear center three points.
Furnace cooling system is free cooling.
Automatically cuts off the electricity when the door is opened.
 

Accessories-Optional

The PLC Controller in the image can be selected as an option. The standard is RF800 digital programmer.
European shelf to be used in the oven, made of 400x500x15 mm cordierite material and resistant to 1200ºC.
5cm long, round, 1200ºC resistant, interlocking shelf leg (support) to be used in the oven.
