Two trolley system with manual movement on the rail, in and out of the oven.
Interior and exterior surfaces are electrostatic powder coated (baked at 200ºC), completely resistant to decay.
Oven floor level is at a suitable height from the ground for ease of operation.
The control panel on the oven and oven electrical connections are protected.
40 mm ventilation gap on 4 surfaces. (provides easy heating and cooling of the oven, easy removal of gas and water vapor and long life of the metal parts)

Control: RF800 is a digital programmer with 5 programs and 15 sets in each program. It also shows date, time, program, step, set temperature, time to exit, current temperature and remaining time.

European shelf made of 400x500x15 mm cordierite material with 1200ºC resistance to be used in the oven.
5cm long, round, 1200ºC resistant, interlocking shelf leg (support) to be used in the oven.
