Product information:
The shrinkage rates of the mud to be poured into it may vary depending on whether it is ceramic or porcelain mud.
Suitable for casting ceramic or porcelain mud. Not suitable for casting plaster, stone dust etc.
If the edges of the mold are damaged or broken, it is not an obstacle to get a smooth product from inside. The important thing is that the inside of the mold is smooth.
Before casting the plaster mold, it should be wiped with a damp sponge and care should be taken to ensure that there are no dust and pieces inside.
If possible, the casting mud should be mixed thoroughly with the help of an electric mixer or a wooden spoon.
The mud should be prepared 1 day in advance and glass water should be used during the mud preparation phase.
The mud should be poured slowly into the mold and the mold should be filled to the brim.
Depending on weather conditions, 2-4 castings can be made per day.
The mold life of the product is approximately 100 castings. It may vary depending on usage.

In some cases, molds may be sent wet because they are newly cast. If the mold arrives wet, we recommend that you do not use it until it dries. Depending on the ambient temperature, you can wait 1-2 days to remove moisture.
